On Friday, February 27 at 19:00, we invite you to an Online Presentation through the Zoom application, for those who would like to get to know the traditional art of Tai Chi Chuan and its benefits, through the 32 Wu Style Sitting Form, inspired by the Great Teacher Wu Kung Yu.The presentation will be made by the certified Instructor of the International Wu Style Tai Chi Chuan Federation, Georgia Kontaki, in view of the start of classes in March.

It was created by Master Wu when he taught people with paraplegia and lower extremity problems. Through close contact with them, during which he taught them simple Chi Kung exercises, he discovered that these individuals sought to further strengthen their body and mind and improve their lives, through a more comprehensive practice in Wu Style Tai Chi Chuan.
